• Weekly: £50 per hour (£200 for 4 sessions)
• Fortnightly: £55 per hour (£110 for 2 sessions)
• Monthly: £60 per hour (includes an online check-in)
I do offer a £25 taster session, which is a great way to come in, train, and see if it feels like the right fit for what you’re looking for.
The taster includes:
• A 30-minute in-person training session
• A simple, personalised plan to take away
• The £25 is refunded on your first invoice if you decide to continue
All prices include a comprehensive coaching service, which consists of personalised meal plans, suggested workouts to do in between sessions set via my app, and unlimited support tailored to your needs.
