I really enjoy my sessions with Alex. When I started I just wanted to work on strength without any idea of what I needed to do. Alex came highly recommended by my family and also my physio. She is friendly, and knowledgeable and makes each session something to look forward to. She has also helped me to work through back and hamstring injuries, which has been really great. My back plays up a lot less since I started training with her. Her positive attitude is also infectious and means I am more motivated to work with her and stay on track for the rest of the week.  Kathryn

 


 

Alex is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She makes my twice weekly weight training sessions something to look forward to! I started as a complete beginner and am now much stronger thanks to her training and the excellent range of machines and free weights that she has in her gym. She tracks all of her clients’ progress and provides support and training based on individual needs. She really listens to her clients and adapts her services to their needs.
